First of all, i would like to compliment on DBS customer service. it's really excellent and efficient. I applied ibanking last week and they are supposed to send the secure device to my address. I waited for 1 whole week, but still have not received, so i decided to ring them up. And to my surprise, my address was not updated. Thus i decided to go down personally to update my address. The staff was very polite and managed to do everything fast, within 20 minutes i got my ibanking device and updated my address as well. That's the 1st class customer service we should be expecting everywhere in singapore ! =)
Oh ya how i wish i can get a LCD tv !! it's so so cheap man.. 32' for 599, 42' for 1099.. anyone buy for me please ??
By the way, i am on leave till 5 aug !! HongKong is having her summer sales now !! hahas i wanna rest and enjoy myself for these days !!
